 This website (this "Site") is provided by 1010292 Ontario Limited dba; Talott First Aid & Safety ("Talott", "we" or "us"), conditional upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Termination of Registration
You acknowledge and agree that Talott may terminate your password and/or other access privileges to this Site without notice to you for any reason, including without limitation, if:
- You do not use this Site for what Talott, in its sole discretion, deems to be an extended period of time;

You may not use or export or re-export the products or services offered at this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Relationship of Parties
The relationship between you and Talott that of independent contractors, Distributors, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions, or by placing or filling an order for products and services, constitutes an employment, joint venture, partnership or other relationship.
Changes to Terms And Conditions
Talott has the right, at its sole discretion, to add to, remove, modify or otherwise change any part of these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, at any time. Upon any change, Talott will update the site accordingly and it is the responsibility of the site's user to observe the changes. By entering this site, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
